5. Ownership and Copyright

- Pixel Delta reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Unused or rejected design concepts remain the property of Pixel Delta.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear and complete project requirements.
- Any delay in providing necessary content may impact project delivery.
- Clients are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party assets provided.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be granted at Pixel Delta’s discretion.
- No refunds will be issued once the final files are delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Pixel Delta is not liable for any damages, loss of revenue, or third-party claims arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
9. Confidentiality
- All client data and project details will be kept confidential.
- Pixel Delta may use completed projects for marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
